More of Cece's New Tricks

If you haven't checked the blog in a day or two, scroll down because you have missed a few updates....

The last few weeks have really been incredible with the rate at which Cece is picking up new tricks. She has learned to say some bigger words like buckle, cookie, and Mommy. She is starting to learn about shoes and socks and up and down. She is trying to copy a lot of the words that we say, so we really need to be careful what we say now. She has also started taking her first steps and is very close to walking on her own, and then the real fun begins!

For some strange reason, she really enjoys blankets and pillows. If you happen to leave them on the ground, she will crawl over to them and turn over and fall down on them. In this video we are trying to get her to walk and she takes a turn for the blankets and plops down like she enjoys doing.

She is also really starting to stand a lot and in this video you will see her standing by her favorite new toy. She loves the fact that she can turn this on all by herself and also loves it when the balls bounce out of the toy onto the floor. Michelle thinks that if you took the sweater off in this video, she would just have the black mock turtle neck on and could go as Steve Jobs for Halloween, I just hope she is as successful so I can ride the gravy train to retirement!

This last video we actually took today and it came out really well. It is definitely a bit long, but it gives you a good idea of Cece's walking capabilities. She is so close and it is so much fun to watch her learn how to do it. I can't believe it has already been a year! I am now caught up on posts, so let's hope I can stay that way.
