Aruba, Jamaica, ooh I Wanna Take Ya

We have a trip to Aruba coming up, and in true Michelle fashion, she started packing weeks ago! This packing period was extended even further before our scheduled trip due to the fact that we will be traveling with Cecelia, and baby stuff is not nearly as easy to find on an island in case we forget something. Cece was there to help us out and even tried on some outfits for Aruba herself to make sure that everything fit.

She has really started rolling around a lot now and we have to be careful when we leave her on the floor because she can end up on the other side of the room from where you put her. We have also given her carrots and bananas for the first time over the last couple of weeks, she likes both now but wasn't crazy about them at first.

TJ and Melissa came for a visit this weekend to meet Cecelia for the first time and they looked like natural parents. It's interesting how much visits from friends change when you are on a baby schedule as opposed to just doing whatever you want. We enjoyed seeing them and were glad that they got to meet Cece, she is at such a fun age right now and is always very good for her guests.

We also took her to the pool for the very first time today to get some practice in for our upcoming Aruba trip. The water was pretty chilly, but she didn't seem to mind as long as she did not go in much above her waist. I am hoping that she takes a liking to the water because it will be much more fun if she is kicking and splashing in the water.

Here are some recent pictures along with some video of all of her firsts.
