Michelle has now been on the pitocin now for about 6 hours. There haven't been any major contractions yet, so we are just patiently waiting between exams for things to start happening. We are not sure yet what is going to happen if the pitocin doesn't induce labor, they may want to break the water, but that is all dependent on the position of the baby. We know that she is a head down at least, so that is a good sign. If they baby is not low enough then, they will likely not try to break the water or do anything further due to Michelle being polyhydramnios, which increases risk of having a prolapsed cord.
So we are still just waiting and have now almost finished Love Actually. Let's hope for my sake this gets going soon because next up is the six hour version of Pride and Prejudice.....
