Sorry it has been a while between posts, work, the family, and yard work have been keeping me pretty busy. It has now been a week since Cecelia turned 9 months old, and I know every parent says it, but that is because it is so true: kids grow up so fast! She got a clean bill of health from the doctor and weighed in at 22 lbs 4 oz; we knew she'd turn out to be just like her parents. She is now working on her second set of incisors up top and handling the teething pretty well, she did have some fevers the last few days, but no other symptoms so we think it is just the teeth coming in one set after another. Overall she is taking the pain like a champ and is still so much fun to be around.
Cece is starting to crawl with pretty good speed and is pulling up on everything she can get her hands on. Sometimes you think you have enough time before she gets to something, but then you remember that she is getting faster every day so you can never underestimate her. She is also making so many more sounds now and is starting to get pretty good at imitating sounds we make to her. It is so much fun to watch her personality develop right before our eyes. I will try to get up some more recent videos soon, but for now, here are some photos from her 9 Month photo shoot.
