Summer Daze

So as I am sure you can imagine, this Summer flew by because we were trying to get settled in to our new house. My family did come to visit near my Birthday, but we spent the majority of that time painting and organizing the house. We were able to get away in July to Massanutten, VA for a little Befumo/O'Dell/Johnson family vacation, which was a nice break from trying to unpack and get our house organized. On the way there, I must have selected the "shortest route" option because we ended up taking a 5 mile switchback gravel road up a mountain that freaked out Michelle, but I thought it was exciting. Needless to say we did not take that route home. 

It was a quick weekend and unfortunately we didn't really take too many pictures, but here is a few pictures along with a video of Cece on some inflatables while we were there. 

She actually knocked a few balls in the hole, too bad it took about 3 holes for her to get very bored.

Unfortunately I really didn't take a lot of photos over the course of the Summer, both because we were so busy, and Cece never sits still anymore to take pictures of! Her personality is continuing to grow and she is becoming so much fun to be around. She is still really into music and dancing and really loves Beiber, Maroon 5, and LMFAO and will request songs by name. Here are just a few more pics before we get to our beach vacation that we were very much looking forward to so we could escape have a break from trying to get settled in.
